QuickPing! for Microsoft Outlook
Did you ever forget an Outlook calendar appointment because your computer was turned off or
you were not near your computer to hear the alert? With the QuickPing! Plugin for Microsoft Outlook,
your phone can ring and speak your appointment information when you have important Outlook Calendar appointments that you don't want to forget.
Now you can be anywhere and still get appointment reminder alerts even if your computer is turned off.
Now you can schedule, manage and synchronize
your iPing
Ms.Reminder Appointments with your Microsoft Outlook Calendar appointments.
Also, batch upload the Outlook contacts you want to iPing's Mr.Notify to perform 1 to many group notification calls.
All you have to do is sign up
with iPing and download the QuickPing! Plugin for Outlook.

1) Installing QuickPing! for Outlook
Download the QuickPing! plugin for Outlook.
After downloading is complete, double click on the downloaded file
named (quickping_v102.exe). Once the installation process begins,
you will be asked to close your Outlook application so that it can be updated.
Follow the on screen installation instructions to complete the installation.
2) Configure QuickPing! for Outlook
Now, open Microsoft Outlook. You will notice a new QuickPing! Plugin toolbar button called
"QuickPing!" in the Outlook Toolbar. Click on the "QuickPing!"
button. See image below.
After you click the QuickPing! Plugin toolbar button, you will see the (QuickPing! Plugin)
Login Panel. See image below.
If you already have an iPing account, enter your username, password and phone number.
Make sure that the "Enable QuickPing" checkbox is checked.
If you do not have an iPing account, click on the sign up button in the Login Panel
so that you will be directed to the iPing website to create an iPing account.
3) Schedule Appointment
Use the File pulldown menu in the upper left corner of Microsoft Outlook.
Select File->New->Appointment. You will see the Appointment Scheduling Window. See image below.
Make sure that you turn "ON" the "QuickPing! Reminder" button. Then, fill in
the appointment information that includes the Subject, Location, Start Time and Notes.
The appointment time and text information will be read to you as speech when you receive your
appointment reminder via the phone so that you will remember what your appointment is about.
